Here’s what you should know about Chicago real estate heading into fall.
September is here, which means two things are going to happen. First, we’re going to come out of a very slow summer market. This “summer slowdown” happens in a bunch of different industries, including real estate.
It also means we’re headed into the fall market. In many areas, whether you’re in the city or the suburbs, inventory is still dropping. Prices have leveled in some areas, dropped in some areas, and gone up in other areas. As we head into fall, we should see market time decline overall as supply dips.
If you have any questions about buying, selling, or Chicago real estate in general, don't hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
