I’m back to answer another great viewer question. This one is about a home that just won’t sell.

Today I’m going to answer a question from a prospective seller named Gabby. Here’s what she wants to know:

“My home has been on the market for the past six months. We’ve had a lot of activity, but I’m not really sure why the home has not sold. Can you please give me some insight on what you would do differently?”

I get asked this question a lot. Here’s what I can tell you. I did some research on this property. One thing I noticed right away is that her property has been on a lockbox. She hasn’t been receiving the weekly communication she deserves from her agent. Lack of communication, lack of activity by her broker. That’s the wrong way to sell.

Gabby hasn’t been receiving the communication that she deserves from her agent.

You want to have someone who is out there picking up the phones, is super aggressive, and constantly searching for people through everything from social media to print marketing. Everything works as long as you maximize it.

So Gabby, if you’re watching this video, maximize everything that you can to get your home sold. You might have to hire a new agent in order to do that.

I would like to thank Gabby for sending in her question. If you have any questions about selling your home, or you have another topic you would like me to cover in a future video, just give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you!
